Which payment methods can I use?

Depending on what the store has switched on, checkout can accept cash on delivery, eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and ConnectIPS. The methods available to you appear at checkout — if one you expect isn't showing, it isn't currently enabled for this store.

When is my payment taken?

For cash on delivery, you pay when the order arrives. For eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and ConnectIPS, payment is completed online during checkout, before the order is placed.

How do refunds work?

Once a return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method, to eSewa or Khalti if that's how you paid, by bank transfer, or as store wallet credit — you choose which when you file the return.

Processing time varies by payment provider once we issue it — message us if you need a specific estimate for your refund.
