Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind, or something doesn't fit right? You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. If it's simply the wrong size, we'll exchange it for the right one free of charge — no restocking fee.
How to request a return
Open My Orders, find the order and start a return from there. If anything is unclear, our chat team can walk you through it.
Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery orders, contact us and we'll confirm the best way to get your refund to you.
