Can I ask a question before I order?

Yes — use the chat bubble in the corner of any page. You don't need an account to message us; guests can ask about sizing, stock, or delivery and we'll reply.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel it yourself from My Orders as long as it's still Pending, Confirmed, or Processing. Once it's Shipped, cancelling isn't self-service — message us and we'll see what's possible.

Where is Kavach Gears based, and do you ship everywhere in Nepal?

We're based in Sano Thimi, Bhaktapur, and ship nationwide across Nepal.
