Highest impact rating
CE Level 2
Passes the stricter impact-transmission limit. What we would put in a back protector for touring or track riding.
Standard impact rating
CE Level 1
Certified protection with a higher permitted transmitted force. Lighter and less bulky — city-friendly.
Stated honestly
No rating
Comfort and abrasion layers carrying no impact certification. Labelled as such, never implied otherwise.
