Every Kavach product is crafted with precision and care using world-class components such as YKK® zippers, CORDURA® fabrics, and Coats® threads.

Warranty Coverage:

2-Year Warranty on all products for manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching, zippers, snaps, velcro).
This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Claim Process:

1. Fill in the Warranty Form with purchase details and photos of the purchase bill along with the photos of the issues.

2. Our team will assess the claim and, if eligible, repair or replace the product at no cost.

3. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs depending on location.

4. If the defect does not come under warranty policy, it can still be processed for servicing with added cost.
