We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Kavach gear. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how our return policy works:
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable Items:
- Customized or altered products.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, Events and Schemes.
Process:
- Fill in the Return form (click for the link here) to proceed with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will be asked to return it through the return process.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
